Rooted in Family, Raised with Care

Meadow Creek Farm is a family farm in Somerset, Pennsylvania, dedicated to sustainable, chemical-free farming. We proudly raise grass-fed Angus beef, pasture-raised pork and lamb, and cage-free eggs alongside fresh seasonal produce like sweet corn and pumpkins. Every product is grown and nurtured with respect for the land, the animals, and your family’s table.

Our Story

For over three generations, Meadow Creek Farm has stood as a cornerstone of Somerset County agriculture. What began as a small homestead has grown into a thriving family operation where tradition meets sustainable innovation. Led by the 3rd and 4th generations of family farmers, we remain committed to raising animals naturally—no hormones, no antibiotics, no chemicals—on rich, restorative pastures in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands.

When you choose Meadow Creek Farm, you’re not just buying food—you’re investing in local family farming, grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, farm-fresh eggs, and locally grown produce that tastes like home.

Our mission goes beyond the plate: we’re restoring soil health, supporting local biodiversity, and preserving a way of life built on integrity and hard work.
